Kids Club Program UPDATE (10-12-18)

Happy Fall, Families!  Here is our latest program update:


Kids Club Community Service Projects

Every year, each Kids Club site completes a Community Service Project.  It is the time of year that we ask the students for their input in helping determine who we will give to each year, as well as how and what to give. This is a great part of our Curriculum, and an important reminder to be kind to others - all the time!


Kids Club Summer Feedback Form Available NOW!

We are interested in your feedback from this year’s Summer Program at your Kids Club site.  What did your child love?  What would you like to see as a parent?  Please take 5-10 minutes to fill out this very brief SURVEY.  You feedback is important to us.  The Survey will be open until Friday, October 19th.


Kids Club Will Be Increasing Fees as of 1-1-19 (pending Board approval)

Kids Club will be increasing our monthly fees for the first time since 2011

1st- 5th grade fees will be $500 per month

TK/K fees will be $600 per month


Where does this increase go?  That's a great question! First of all, we will be launching an ONLINE payment system in the near future for families.  This is something that has been requested for convenience and ease of our monthly payments. Next, we will be improving some of the security features at the sites. We are still working on the details, but will send another update when we have more information. Then, since 2011, there have been changes in our expenditures due to the increase in the cost of living and inflation.  Some of these items include our snack supplies (milk and food), instructional supplies, our bus prices and field trip admission prices to name a few.  Finally, there have been adjustments in the salaries and benefits for our employees.  I believe that our programs are high quality, engaging, and successful because of the STAFF at each site.  We are proud of our staff longevity and will continue to support them. This information, including a Fee Comparison for programs in our local area, will be on the October 23rdBoard Meeting Agenda for approval.
